WiFi through PCIe is not working in Jetpack 4.6

Hi, I recently migrated to JetPack 4.6 from JetPack 4.4. I have built wifi driver as loadable kernel module. It was working in J4.4 but in J4.6, I am getting some PCIe errors and when I try to load the module I am getting the following error.
