Board Bring up Xavier and Orin pcie

Hello NVIDIA team!

Looking at a new board bringup for external storage possibilities on our system. Im looking to build a custom carrier that will support pcie1 for both the Xavier and Orin platforms in terms of mounting an external storage medium.

Is this possible?
