Connecting to PCIe switch at 141a0000.pcie that leads the system to hang

Hello,
We used the Jetson AGX Xavier industrial connected to PCIe 10G NIC(PCIe #0) and PCIe Switch(PCIe #5), the connection is like the figure below:
PCIe Switch : Microchip PM43028
The PCIe 10G NIC is working fine. But when the system is try to link to PCIe switch, it will lead the system to hand!
