help me cool down my proc

hi so i just cleaned my laptop thinking it is from my thermal paste but its not im having issues with my procesor hitting 100c even when its undervolted and power limited i will send some photos mabey u can help me (ii checked the drivers and everything so the only option left its undervolting or something any tips ? im also having an rtx 2060 in this laptop ( laptop name is lenovo legion 5 y540 17 irh the 2060 version )
