i7-10875H 20W limit in some games

Hi, I've been having some strange situations lately where my CPU reaches 20W and stays there. I noticed that this happens when the GPU consumes more than +100W. In games like Last Epoch or Enshrouded, the CPU locks at 20W and the GPU turns on even to the maximum, which is 150W. In Guild Wars 2, both the CPU and GPU are balanced and the power is evenly distributed. I have a 280W power supply for the laptop I use. Is this one dying or...? I did some undervolting and power limits in ThrottleStop. Lemme now cause I don't know what should I do :_:
