How to modify a specfic pin when compiling kernel

Hi. I’m using Orin NX 16GB with JP 5.1.

I’d like to change the settings of “PCIE1_RST*”, which is shown in pic below.

I’ve downloaded kernel sources. Could you help tell me which file to modify? Thanks.
