The parameters that will impact the data transfer speed/latency in virtual network

Hi,

We are using Jetson AGX Xavier and Orin for Automotive product development.

And we design the data transfer based on virtual network on PCIe or 10G ethernet.

We would like to know whether below parameters will impact the data transfer speed/latency in virtual network or not.

A. Data size: With the bigger size of data size, let’s say 10Gigabyte , will the transfer speed of such file slower than smaller size of data (500megabyte for example)transferred?

B. Temperature: for SOC temperature , if it’s higher, will it impact the transfer speed or cause the latency to increase? Like reach SOC protection temperature and cause SOC frequency throttling threshold.

C. Memory usage: If the memory usage in the system is high, will the transfer speed slower than low memory usage status?

D. QOS: Is there any QoS settings which could be enabled in SOC to help the data transfer speed/latency performance?

E. DMA: Is there DMA settings which could be enabled in SOC to help the data transfer speed/latency performance?

In addition to above items, is there any other parameters you think will impact data transfer rate/latency as well?
