UPHY0(lane4 to lane7) PCIe lanes changes for NVMe-SSD

We are using NVMe SSD in our carrier board. We have changed the PCIe lanes(In the below table, column 4 is as per development kit and column 5 is as per custom board). Do we need any changes in the NVIDIA Jetson Linux 35.4.1 for the NVMe-SSD communication to work using PCIe.
