Asus wrx80e sage se WiFi motherboard Issue help required

Hi I am new to TPU I have a problem with my new build, The motherboard is an Asus wrx80e Sage se WiFi newest bios, cpu is Threadripper pro 5975wx, GPU is Asus rtx3090 strix gaming,Ram is 256gb of Corsair Dominator platinum ddr4 3200mhz. Storage is 2 x Seagate firecuda 530 4tb 1 x Seagate firecuda 530 2tb boot drive PC will boot up to bios and shows all the Ram and CPU Ram is set to DOCP all nvme drives are there. When I try to install windows it goes to install and blue screens with a hardware problem The CPU and Ram are both new I have done the usual uninstalling memory testing modules on the board one by one in all the Ram slots with the same result Motherboard is showing q code 15 also freezes randomly I can post pictures of the bios settings and post a small video showing the issue can anyone help please any help very much appreciated Just for clarity cpu has been tested on a friends same spec pc I also get the same issue with my 3975wx cpu installed

Just to add the motherboard is the version 2 sage se WiFi And has been tested as working fine by Scan uk after an rma. I initially thought maybe a power supply issue and replaced my corsair ax1600i with a seagate tx-1600 power supply the latest version of that
