Made changes now I'm suddenly getting 12fps in all games

SPECS:

CPU: i7-8750h

GPU: NVidia GTX 1060 6GB

RAM: 16GB

SSD 1: 128GB (Windows only)

SSD 2: 4TB (Everything else)


Yesterday, I made changes seen below, all games ran normally, on mid-low settings, 60fps. Really no difference at all besides lower temps.

Today, all games are running no higher than 12 fps, and the GPU is suddenly at 100% utilization all the time when gaming.

What setting could cause this? ThrottleStop is the ONLY known change between yesterday and today. So it is the obvious culprit.









Profle 2 "Game" not used as often, only for light browsing and light work. REALLY helps keep the temps low and the fans quiet.
